Junior Business Analyst

Were looking for a curious analytical and collaborative individual to join our Business Analysis team. This is an entrylevel role for someone motivated by understanding how organisations work identifying opportunities for improvement and shaping solutions that deliver real a landscape increasingly influenced by AI and digital transformation you will help ensure that strategic decisions and technological solutions are grounded in clear business needs and meaningful outcomes.

Youll develop skills across requirements gathering process analysis stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery. You will learn how to translate complex challenges into structured insights map how work happens today and help define how it should happen tomorrow. Through handson involvement in real projects youll contribute to delivering measurable improvements for public and private sector clients across Europe.

You will support analysis activities.

You will help translate insights into clear business artifacts.

You will support stakeholder engagement by ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

You will learn how to apply critical ethical and user-focused thinking when shaping business requirements.

You will build knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including business applications and AI.

Qualifications :

A recent university degree (up to three years of professional experience) in Business Management/Administration Economics Engineering Data Systems Computer Science or any field with strong analytical foundations.

Confidence communicating in English both spoken and written.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Clear and structured communication skills along with the ability to work well with others.

Curiosity a willingness to learn and a proactive mindset.

Good organization adaptability and the readiness to contribute ideas in a team setting.

Good to Have

Internship or project experience in analysis customer insight technology consulting project management or operations.

Familiarity with tools such as Excel Miro Jira Power BI or similar.

Prior involvement in university societies volunteer work or leadership roles.
