The Digital & Consumer Engagement Manager is responsible for leading and orchestrating the end-to-end consumer engagement strategy operating across strategic pillars including Brand & Portfolio Strategy Consumer Journey Media & Performance Content & Influence Data CRM Social Media & Digital Platforms.
This role ensures a seamless omnichannel consumer journey (online and offline) with a strong
focus on the end consumer and structured synergy with healthcare professionals translating brand strategy into scalable high-impact digital and consumer activation initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Direct to Consumer Activation Strategy & Consumer Journey
- Define and lead the direct to consumer strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Map and optimize the end-to-end consumer journey (awareness consultation / request treatment loyalty advocacy).
- Identify key consumer moments that influence clinic choice brand preference and treatment adherence.
Consumer Activation & Demand Generation
- Develop consumer activation programs that drive qualified demand to clinics (online and offline).
- Lead campaigns across digital media social platforms CRM content PR events and
partnerships - Design always-on and burst activations linked to seasonality launches and strategic priorities.
- Activate premium experiences that reinforce brand positioning and differentiation.
Digital CRM & Data-Driven Marketing - Own consumer digital ecosystems: websites landing pages lead-generation flows and social media activations including influencers strategy.
- Lead CRM strategy (lead nurturing re-engagement loyalty retention).
- Leverage data and insights to segment consumers personalize journeys and optimize conversion rates.
- Track and analyze KPIs
In clinic activation & Field Integration
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure in clinic activation initiatives translate into clinic traffic and conversion.
- Develop toolkits playbooks and activation frameworks for clinics to amplify consumer
campaigns locally. - Ensure consistency between national brand campaigns and local clinic execution.
- Develop customized account plans for top customers.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build strategic partnerships with media platforms influencers lifestyle brands and experience providers.
- Identify non-traditional touchpoints that elevate brand desirability and cultural relevance
- Lead co-creation initiatives that enhance consumer experience.
Consumer Engagement & Content Strategy
- Design and execute consumer engagement strategies across paid owned and earned channels.
- Develop content frameworks that educate inspire and build trust.
- Ensure consistent storytelling across social video influencers email and CRM.
- Activate culturally relevant moments trends and seasonal opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Media
- Lead digital media strategy (search social programmatic video) with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality conversion to consultation and cost efficiency
- Manage agencies and partners ensuring data transparency and continuous optimization.
Compliance Ethics & Medical Alignment
- Ensure all consumer initiatives comply with local regulations advertising codes and internal compliance standards.
- Work closely with Compliance Medical Affairs and Legal to validate messaging claims and content

Experience & Education:
- 710 years in consumer marketing DTC or brand activation
- Proven experience in beauty aesthetics injectables dermo cosmetics luxury or healthcare-adjacent categories
- Strong background in digital marketing CRM and omnichannel activation
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or related field
- Fluency in Portuguese (native or bilingual proficiency) and proficiency in English.
