Job Description
As a Senior Fixed Video Strategy & Sales Enablement Manager you will be the primary architect of growth for our fixed video security portfolio across the International region. Working from our São Paulo hub you will lead the charge in defining go-to-market models that empower our sales teams to deliver life-saving technology to both government and enterprise customers. We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and can navigate the ambiguity of global expansion. You will serve as a thought partner to internal stakeholders leveraging your negotiation and influential communication skills to turn complex market data into a compelling narrative of safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Expansion
Lead high-impact strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of fixed video analytics and access control solutions across international territories
Analyze organic and inorganic business opportunities to expand the portfolio ensuring a relentless pursuit of innovative market leadership
Research competitive landscapes and emerging market trends to define value propositions that exceed customer expectations and differentiate our ecosystem
Sales Enablement & Positioning
Define and launch comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with both government and enterprise business drivers
Develop and communicate clear product positioning and messaging equipping regional sales teams with the narrative tools needed for success
Create and maintain solution roadmaps that bridge the gap between technical innovation and customer-centric value propositions
Technical Partnership & Execution
Support complex sales opportunities through detailed needs analysis and technical qualifications to ensure solutions meet specific prospect requirements
Deliver influential presentations and product demonstrations to senior executives channel partners and end users to build long-term trust
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary cross-cultural teams to gather the voice of the customer and translate it into actionable solution requirements
Basic Requirements
Technical Expertise
Networking Principles and IP Communication to ensure seamless integration of video security devices into existing infrastructures
SaaS and Cloud Technologies to drive the transition toward modern scalable and proactive security business models
Video Analytics and Access Control to provide customers with intelligent automated insights and facility visibility
Advanced English Proficiency to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams
Professional Experience
5 years of experience in video surveillance strategy or sales engineering within the security technology sector
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and influencing external department members through data-driven insights
Demonstrated experience delivering technical demonstrations and building relationships with regional channel partners
