About the RoleAre you passionate about quality compliance and driving excellence in service delivery Were looking for an Employment Services Quality Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards across our employment services this role youll lead initiatives that safeguard compliance enhance operational practices and promote continuous improvement. Youll conduct audits review processes and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment with contractual obligations regulatory requirements and SSIs Service Delivery responsibilities will include developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) preparing for external audits and accreditations and supporting organisational readiness for compliance checks. Youll also provide guidance and training to staff helping embed a culture of quality and accountability throughout the is an exciting full-time permanent opportunity to make a real impactstrengthening service quality improving participant outcomes and contributing to SSIs mission of creating inclusive opportunities for Employment Services Quality Specialist will be required towork in the office 5 days a week the location for this role is flexible across our offices in Sydney Melbourne or YouYoure detail-oriented proactive and thrive in dynamic environments.
