Responsibilities
Cross-trained in multiple departments including machine operation assembly and trimming to provide coverage as needed.
Fill in for team members during absences high production demands or shift changes.
Operate machinery and complete assembly tasks while following work instructions and safety standards.
Assist with quality checks and ensure finished products meet company specifications.
Qualifications
Excellent attendance and strong reliability.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous manufacturing experience in production settings.
Machine operator experience
