JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing planning organizing and implementing a Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructional program for students through curriculum lesson plans and educational programs while ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal state and local regulations.
EDUCATION TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- OR
- Approval by or participation in a state-approved certification pathway program
- Valid Florida Educators Certificate in field or District CTE Certification
- OR
- Valid statement of eligibility
- Industry Certification/License when applicable
FOR SECONDARY EDUCATION ONLY:
***This position may require you to teachan additional periodbeyondyour base contract. Should this occur you will receive additional compensation at the effective negotiated ratein addition to your base salary for instructing this additional period. This additional amount will be paid as a supplement and will be disbursed in equal payments based on the Districts established payroll calendar for this position. This amount is considered part of your salary for Florida Retirement System purposes.***
