Role Overview:

As an Insurance Customer Specialist you will be the primary liaison for users delivering support via email chat phone and social media. From assisting with account access and billing concerns to troubleshooting technical issues your mission will be to provide a seamless timely and high-quality experience from the first interaction to final resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver responsive and professional assistance across multiple communication channels

Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
