Based in the historic city of Braga you will support users of a prominent meal card solution ensuring they maximize their benefits through professional and solution-oriented guidance.
Your Role
- Customer Guidance: Serve as a professional point of contact guiding customers through their inquiries with clear and accurate communication.
- Communication Channels: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings objectives and benefit solutions.
- Consultative Upselling: Identify customer needs and promote alternative contract options using consultative techniques.
- Information Management: Utilize internal tools and processes to provide complete and correct information to users.
- Service Quality: Ensure a positive experience for every customer by maintaining a warm helpful and professional attitude.
- Compliance: Strictly follow internal procedures and compliance standards to ensure data security and service consistency.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent proficiency in German (both spoken and written).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service call centers or customer support is considered an advantage.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Mindset: Customer-focused with a friendly attitude and a willingness to work with targets and upselling opportunities.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate internal software systems.
