At AURA were transforming security response through intelligent technology. Our scalable platform connects a network of 2500 professional responders delivering instant emergency assistance when it matters most. By integrating seamlessly with customer portals WhatsApp bespoke apps and IoT devices were making security support more accessible reliable and efficient.


The Role

Were seeking dedicated Service Centre Operators to join our 24/7 operations team. Youll serve as the critical link between clients customers and our rapid-response network using cutting-edge systems to coordinate responders during live patrols.


Essential Criteria

We welcome applications from professionals with:

  • Experience in security operations/personnel medical dispatch control room environments or high-volume contact centres.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure in time-critical situations
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with full professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations with empathy
  • Impeccable telephone manner and client management abilities
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights weekends and bank holidays


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate rapid deployment of security personnel to AURA callouts
  • Manage critical incidents through liaison with responders and external agencies (e.g. police monitoring centres etc)
  • Maintain accurate logs of all incidents actions and communications
  • Deliver clear calm instructions to clients and responders during callouts
  • Ensure compliance with all operational protocols and data protection regulations
  • Monitor system alerts from mobile devices and integrated platforms
  • Review and resolve ad-hoc queries from clients/network partners
