Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks

• You will gain acomprehensive understanding of Financial Servicesby rotating throughmarket-facing functions (Sales Management Contract Management)as well ascore downstream functions (Risk Management Credit Analysis Controlling Accounting).

• You willactively support national and international sales teamsin developingcustomer-oriented financing solutions including thepreparation of project proposals business cases and framework agreements.

• You will contribute to theapproval execution and settlement of leasing and financing contracts gaininghands-on experience with real customer transactions.

• Over the course of the program you will buildstrong expertise in credit assessment risk controlling and portfolio management supportingsound and sustainable business decisions.

• You will develop anin-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Financial Servicesand how theyimpact daily operations particularly in aregulated German environment.

• You will be encouraged toidentify opportunities to improve processes tools and cross-functional collaboration activelycontributing your own ideasto agrowing and dynamic automation business.

Requirements

• You have completed amasters degreeinBusiness Administration Business Engineering Business Informatics Finance or a comparable field.

• You have astrong interest in Financial Services Leasing Banking and risk-related topics ideally in atechnology- or industry-driven environment.

• You demonstrate astrong analytical and structured mindsetand canquickly understand complex financial and business interrelationships.

• Youcommunicate confidently workeffectively in teams and enjoycollaborating with diverse stakeholders.

• You arecurious proactive and open to change with the motivation toactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• You are motivated to work in aninternational cross-functional environmentand areeager to take on responsibility early in your career.

• You havestrong German language skills and are fluent in English. Due toregulatory requirementsand the role as acaptive financial services provider in Germanyprofessional communication in German is essential.
