Principal Venture Development – Asset Management (fmx)

We are looking for a Principal Venture Development (f/m/x) to drive the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives within our Asset Management organization. Working closely with the Chief Asset Officer you will take ownership of high-impact cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through operational rollout. Your focus will be on turning business opportunities into scalable processes operating models and real-world results. This is a hands-on role where your decisions and actions will directly shape the success of key ventures.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end within Asset Management taking concepts from idea to operational implementation with measurable impact
• Partner closely with the Chief Asset Officer to set priorities make decisions and execute key initiatives across ventures and departments
• Collaborate with new Enpal Ventures as well as core teams like Engineering Finance Legal and Operations teams to implement scalable processes operating models and business solutions

Qualifications :

• Solid experience in management consulting venture development business operations or a high-growth startup environment
• Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic or operational initiatives end-to-end
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver results in ambiguous fast-paced environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Conversational German preferred fluent English required
