Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Red Hat Engineer with 3 5 years of experience in Linux system administration container platforms and enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) automation tools and container orchestration using Red Hat OpenShift.
Key Responsibilities
- Install configure and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9) servers.
- Manage patching upgrades system hardening and performance tuning.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Support containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Implement automation using Ansible and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins).
- Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Nagios or Grafana.
- Support cloud and hybrid environments across major cloud platforms.
- Manage virtualization platforms and support on-prem to cloud migrations.
- Ensure infrastructure security compliance and documentation standards.
Required Skills
- 3 5 years of hands-on Linux administration experience.
- Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Experience managing Red Hat OpenShift environments.
- Knowledge of automation scripting (Bash/YAML) and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of networking storage and virtualization concepts.
- Experience supporting development testing and production environments.
Preferred Certifications
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
