Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable Management Trainee German

In this role you will support the indirect buying process of a worldwide FMCG customer by identifying and sourcing tactical buying projects.

Responsibilities
Scanning and posting of PO Non-PO invoices Credit Notes as per the established process
Resolve invoice Issues like price/ quantity with the GR created
Process Travel and Expense reports (invoices) of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts
Process scheduled & additional Payment Runs when requested
Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and prepare the Monthly reports
Raise the request for Vendor Master Creation/Modification
Handling vendor queries and providing resolution
Process the Month End activities related to Accounts Payable
Handling Vendor/ T&E query emails
Production planning on daily basis allocating inflow volume to respective team members
Reconcile work processed by the team verify entries and compare system reports
Work effectively in a team environment
Be focal point and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Other related ad hoc activities
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Proficient German language skills
English language capability to proficiency level
Bachelors degree
Proficiency in MS office tools
Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot table formulas formatting and cleansing the data)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong team player
Ability to work in dynamic environment
Relevant work experience in AP preferably in any manufacturing industry

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Previous experience in a multinational company
Chemical industry background preferred
Work experience with ERP systems like SAP or Epicor is a plus.
Ability to work with minimum supervision in a cross-cultural environment.
