Swedish-Speaking B2B Sales Advisor Athens Greece (Hybrid)

Introduction

We are partnering with an international customer experience provider to recruit a Swedish-speaking B2B Sales Advisor for a leading global technology project. Based in the historic and sunny city of Athens this role involves working with established business clients to provide tailored technology solutions. Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within an assigned territory.
  • Achieve revenue targets by identifying opportunities for renewals cross-selling and upselling.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales interactions via phone and email.
  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure optimal product adoption and long-term value.
  • Use CRM insights and data to identify at-risk accounts and potential growth opportunities.
  • Handle client objections professionally and navigate competitive market scenarios.
  • Maintain accurate weekly monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams partners and distributors to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Native or C2-level proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) and C1 level in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in a phone-based environment.
  • Strong negotiation relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and MS Office tools.
  • Must be eligible to work in Greece.
