About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Engineering Customer Success Specialist to support and grow relationships with engineering clients using advanced modeling and analysis software.
This is not a traditional customer service role.
You will work directly with engineers technical teams and decision-makers to ensure they successfully implement adopt and maximize the value of our engineering software solutions.
Training is provided. We welcome applicants at various experience levels including early-career engineers and experienced professionals seeking a remote transition.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned engineering clients
- Guide customers through onboarding and implementation
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and training sessions
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow-related challenges
- Translate engineering requirements into software solutions
- Identify expansion and optimization opportunities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications
Required:

- Experience in SaaS or technical support
