Our smart and scalable technology platform connects over 2500 security and medical responders ensuring that help is always just a call away. We provide instant emergency assistance through our platform integrating with customer portals via API WhatsApp custom apps and IoT devices.
Our mission is to make emergency security and medical support more accessible affordable and reliable.
While we may not have immediate openings we are constantly expanding and seeking talented Control Room Operators/Controllers to join our team in the future. By joining our talent pool you will be considered for relevant roles when they arise.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for PSIRA-registered Control Room Operators/Controllers who meet the following criteria:
- PSIRA Registered with valid certification
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in security operations control room management or medical operations (e.g. emergency medical response or coordination) is highly advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in security monitoring systems and equipment (experience with IoT devices or integrated platforms is a plus
- Empathyand the ability to handle sensitive situations with understanding and care
- Strongtelephone etiquetteand the ability to professionally manage communication with clients and responders
- High level ofemotional intelligenceto effectively assess and respond to individuals in distress ensuring a calm and supportive environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and public holidays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dispatching security personnel or coordinating emergency responses
- Managing emergency medical situations by coordinating with medical/ security responders
- Maintaining accurate records of all activities incidents and reports
- Communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure effective security and medical solutions
- Operating and maintaining communication devices and control room equipment
- Adhering to safety protocols procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations
