Experience Required: Experience within a Residential Childrens Home setting
The Home:
Our client operates a childrens residential home specialising in supporting young people who have experienced trauma neglect and abuse. Who we are looking for:
An experienced and committed Team Leader who can lead shifts effectively and support the team in delivering consistent high-quality care.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and leading shifts with Residential Support Workers
Ensuring all risks are managed in line with company policies and procedures
Communicating effectively with the team regarding daily plans
Completing reports and documentation using paperless systems and tools
Reviewing care plans and associated documentation
Providing positive parenting
Demonstrating strong knowledge of Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
Supporting children in a calm empathetic and professional manner
Participating in continuing professional development
Contributing to a progressive and committed team culture
You must hold a full manual UK driving licence.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references prior to employment.
