Are you passionate about cutting-edge embedded technologies and building strong technical relationships Thales is looking for an Embedded Technical Consultant to serve as the bridge between our world-class engineering teams and our customers driving the adoption of innovative solutions like eUICC and eSE across the region.

This is a high-impact client-facing role where youll combine deep technical expertise with a consultative approach working together with regional sales teams MNOs and OEMs to deliver tailored connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

Be the technical voice of Thales acting as the primary point of contact for customers owning technical relationships end-to-end.
Drive pre-sales & solution design deliver compelling technical presentations understand customer requirements and map them to Thaless product portfolio.
Connect the dots coordinate seamlessly between Thaless product development and manufacturing teams and the customers technical organization.
Champion the customer follow up on requirements and feature requests ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across all stakeholder teams.
Support & problem-solve coordinate technical testing raise failure reports and lead the identification of solutions or workarounds with agility.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in computer science electronics engineering Telco or related field.
1 year of experience in technical customer facing roles.
Experience working with smartcards embedded software or service providers.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).

Position Requirements

Colombian citizenship or valid work authorization.
Hybrid work model (3x2) based in Bogotá.
