We collaborate closely with builders architects and interior designers to create customized kitchen environments.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with excellent English communication skills and a strong professional network among builders architects and interior designers in Pune. The role focuses on brand promotion lead generation and relationship development within the building materials and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to generate leads for modular kitchens and interior solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders architects interior designers and real estate developers
Conduct site visits presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders
Identify new project opportunities through industry networking and market mapping
Coordinate with sales and design teams to convert leads into business
Organize promotional activities exhibitions and architect meets
Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns in the Pune region
Track competitor activities and market trends in the modular kitchen/building materials segment

Candidate Profile

25 years of marketing/business development experience in building materials modular kitchens interiors or the construction industry
Strong existing network with architects builders and interior designers in Pune
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Presentable personality with strong relationship-building ability
Self-driven target-oriented and market-focused approach
Willingness for field marketing and client meetings

Preferred Background

Experience in modular kitchens wardrobes hardware laminates tiles fittings or interior products
Familiarity with the Pune real estate and construction ecosystem
