Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion & Sales: Effectively promote Theramexs portfolio including treatments for menopause fertility contraception and osteoporosis to healthcare professionals such as gynecologists endocrinologists and general practitioners.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong trust-based relationships with healthcare providers to support product adoption and patient care.

• Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning.

• Educational Initiatives: Organize and conduct educational sessions product presentations digital activity and workshops to disseminate information on new products and treatment protocols.

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and market intelligence in the designated CRM system ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree; Life Sciences Pharmacy or a related field would be consider an advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales preferably within womens health or related therapeutic areas.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Romanian; proficiency in English is a considered a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.

• Licensing: Valid drivers license with the flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
