We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Leader to drive the acquisition/ new logo sales team to even greater success.
You will be a highly successful. buttoned down sales professional working in law firm technology sales and keen to mentor and coach an experienced team of professional sales people to continued and elevated success. You could be a team leader seeking a step up or already a Sales Director and ready for a move.
You must have proven complex and high value sales experience and be able to impart best practice sales process and methodology into the team.
Responsibilities and Criteria:
Directly manage and coach the new logo sales team to meet sales targets for new client acquisition.
Translate company GTM plan into actionable sales performance and results.
Focus on pipeline and sales to law firms in the ANZ region
Work effectively as the bridge between the sales team and executive leadership
Proven experience in SaaS sales management. If you have worked with mid size or large law firms on complex deals this is highly preferred.
Strong coaching strategic thinking and the ability to close complex high-value deals.
