What the job involves
Leading day-to-day client relationships on a busy retail account (and keeping everyone calm while you do it)
Driving integrated delivery across teams ensuring timelines quality and output are on point
Owning weekly status feedback loops approvals and stakeholder management
Spotting risks early solving problems fast and keeping the wheels turning during the maternity cover period
Partnering closely with strategy/creative/production to ensure the work lands (and lands well)
What you need to be considered
Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director in an agency environment
Strong retail account experience and/or large agency experience (highly beneficial)
Confident managing multiple stakeholders tight timelines and lots of moving parts
Excellent attention to detail (retail doesnt forgive sloppy)
Available for the full contract period: 16 March 31 July
