Role Overview: The Senior Business Analyst is a key contributor to the organizations success by analyzing business needs identifying opportunities for improvement and providing strategic recommendations in terms of technology and processes. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements facilitate communication and drive the implementation of solutions and processes through project management.

This role needs an innovative individual who loves challenging the norm.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit document and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends best practices and emerging technologies and software solutions relevant to the organizations goals.

• Translate business requirements into clear business cases user stories and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective and efficient solutions that address business needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders facilitating communication and managing expectations.
• Communicate project status updates and risks to stakeholders including senior management executives and external parties.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and proactively align all affected parties.

• Analyze data to identify patterns trends and insights that can drive informed business decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops or discussions to gather input from stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Review and validate test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of solutions.
• Support testing efforts by clarifying requirements resolving issues and verifying that the solution meets business needs.
• User/change champion assistance

• Develop and refine project plans objectives and deliverables in alignment with the organizations business goals.
• Collaborate with junior project manager POs and Process Consultants to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Implement best project management practices to optimize project delivery.

• Monitor project progress ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones and updating statuses.
• Identify and address potential issues risks and obstacles that may impact project success.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops or discussions to gather input from stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Implement change management strategies as needed to facilitate project adoption.
• Minimize disruptions caused by changes.

• Ensure effective project roll out and support after implementation until project is adopted by business

• Review and validate test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of solutions.
• Support testing efforts by clarifying requirements resolving issues and verifying that the solution meets business needs.
• User/change champion assistance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology / Logistics / Informatics or Industrial Engineer
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a track record of successful project implementation from start to finish
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation techniques.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and software.
