Performance Objectives for Year One:
- Lead end-to-end analytical workstreams: Successfully design frame and deliver sophisticated analytics solutions that solve complex financial business problems owning the lifecycle from initial problem framing through to full technical implementation.
- Drive technical innovation at scale: Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to massive datasets systematically reducing iteration cycles from weeks to hours by leveraging the latest AI capabilities.
- Bridge the gap between data and business: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders proving the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Elevate team capabilities: Actively mentor junior team members and contribute to the internal analytics community fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Shape future solutions: Support business development and influence how financial institutions leverage data by providing thought leadership and innovative solution designs.
