Job Summary
We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Working Capital segment to drive business acquisition and manage SME / MSME clients. The role involves sourcing and structuring working capital facilities including Cash Credit (CC) Overdraft (OD) and Term Loans.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Source new SME / MSME clients for Working Capital products (CC OD Term Loans)
Assess client funding requirements and structure suitable credit proposals
Conduct preliminary financial analysis including balance sheet and cash flow review
Coordinate with Credit Risk and Operations teams for smooth sanction and disbursement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients CAs and channel partners
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely collections
Achieve monthly and annual disbursement and revenue targets
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in Working Capital / SME Lending
Good understanding of CC OD and Term Loan products
Strong local market knowledge of Jaipur
