Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Retail Mortgage (DSA Vertical) to drive business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The role involves managing a team expanding the DSA network achieving disbursement targets and ensuring portfolio quality.
The candidate must have strong exposure to Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through the DSA channel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage DSA channel sales for Retail Mortgage products
Recruit activate and manage DSAs across Gurgaon region
Drive Home Loan and LAP sourcing through channel partners
Ensure achievement of monthly login sanction and disbursement targets
Manage and mentor RM / Sales team (if applicable)
Maintain strong relationship with key DSAs and connectors
Coordinate with Credit Legal and Operations teams for smooth processing
Monitor TAT file quality and portfolio performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and credit guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in Retail Mortgage – DSA Channel
Prior team handling experience preferred
Strong market knowledge of Gurgaon and surrounding areas
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
