Role Summary

Lead enterprise data initiatives including cloud migration data modernization and AI enablement. Own roadmap delivery and stakeholder alignment across large-scale data programs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive data transformation programs (migration MDM AI scaling)
Lead ETL / batch processing / data orchestration teams
Modernize legacy Oracle/SQL platforms to cloud (ADF Databricks Snowflake)
Ensure SLA performance and operational excellence
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Implement automation monitoring and AI-assisted development

Required Skills

Strong experience with SQL Oracle Informatica CDC
Hands-on with ADF Synapse Databricks Snowflake
Experience in data platform modernization & cloud migration
Proven leadership of large data engineering teams
Strong knowledge of ETL frameworks and batch processing

Nice to Have

Insurance / Financial domain
AI/ML or modern data architecture exposure
