Work closely with Talent Management leadership to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Maintain project documentation reports and status updates for stakeholders.
Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them appropriately while helping to develop solutions.
Support cross-functional collaboration by liaising with internal teams and stakeholders.
Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced setting.
Experience supporting project management or talent management initiatives is preferred.
