Job Summary

County Waste & Recycling is hiring a driven results-orientedTerritory Sales Managerto build and grow a book of business within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused onprospecting relationship building and closing new business in a competitive essential service industry.

This position offers a $55000 base salary plus uncapped commission with strong earning potential for individuals motivated to perform and grow.

What Youll Do:

Generate new business throughprospectingcold calling and in-person visits

Build and manage a consistent active sales pipeline

Conduct site evaluations and present tailoredwaste and recycling solutions

Negotiate and close service agreements

Partner with operations andcustomer serviceto ensure seamless customer experience

Maintain accurate pipeline activity and account data inSalesforce

What It Takes to Succeed:

Comfort withprospectingand outbound activity

Strong ownership of pipeline and results

Consistency discipline and follow-through

Ability to manage time and territory independently
