We are seeking a Senior Manager Product Rollout (Marketing) to serve as the liaison between regional/local marketing stakeholders and our product teams. You will be responsible for consolidating business needs building structured business cases and ensuring the smooth execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
You will be part of the bigger Product Deployment team handling 17 markets across APAC & EU and will focus on MarTech product-led growth in-app conversion funnels and marketing this role you will take an end-to-end view of marketing & app conversion supporting the marketing teams operating both internal product tools and external MarTech platforms to drive growth and greater marketing efficiency.
Responsibilties
Discovery & Analysis
- Engage with local business stakeholders and regional teams to gather product feedback identify customer pain points and refine feature requests
- Translate marketing opportunities & operational challenges into structured business cases for the product team
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of product tools (including our internal marketing platforms and third-party MarTech systems) within the designated scope
Business Case Development
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build data-driven business cases
- Define clear problem statements success metrics and value assessments
- Present proposals to product & business leadership for consideration and prioritization
Go-To-Market Orchestration
- Lead the cross-functional rollout of product initiatives for regional and local teams across operations finance legal PR and marketing
- Coordinate timelines resources and communications to ensure readiness across all teams
- Develop and maintain deployment playbooks FAQs and training materials
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the product and regional teams
- Maintain alignment across stakeholders through regular updates and checkpoints
- Track and report on rollout performance adoption and feedback
Qualifications :
- 47 years of experience in MarTech/growth programme management or product ops and product marketing roles in a multi-region or global company
- Deep understanding of the modern mobile app growth stack including MarTech tools like CRM performance marketing partnership integrations and experimentation/AB testing
- Strong analytical and business acumen; able to understand marketing concepts like funnel optimisation attribution and marketing ROI
- Comfortable discussing API integrations deep links SDKs and event tracking topics
- Strong ability to plan coordinate and execute product rollouts managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with operational requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams especially in fast-paced or matrixed environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with experience managing complex deployments or rollouts
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Notion and project management platforms (e.g. Asana)
