Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead a group of Equipment and Process Technicians
- Attend various Equipments and Process daily issue.
- Ensuring Preventive Maintenance schedule carry out by Technicians.
- Required excellent communication skills for various inter department communications
- Suggest and executive Continuous Improvement on equipments down time or improve operational efficiency.
- Attend various Daily Meeting. 2x per shift
- Work load assigning base on production schedule for various equipment.
- Respond to any escalation from technicians from unscheduled down time or process KPOV.
- Montitor and respond to QC escalation from Tests KPOV.
- Respond and follow up on Quality Incidents on-hold and disposition.
- Responsible to Technicians career path planning and performance designation.
- Attend various training course for technical and soft skills.
- Become Emergency Response Team member
- Conduct Fire Drill Evacuation Exercise
- Involve Management System Audit
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Degree in various Engineering Degree
Preferred :
- Knowledge on HDD media cleaning technology will be added advantage.
- Lean Manufacturing Statistical Process Control will be added advantage.
Skills :
- Good technical presentation skill.
- Good communication skill.
