Job Summary

Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse Manager to join our team at our Behavioral Health facility in Aventura FL. As the Registered Nurse Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of nurses including hiring training and performance evaluations - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations - Monitor patient care and ensure that all treatments and medications are administered correctly and on time - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients - Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide support and guidance to nursing staff - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation - Handle any patient complaints or concerns and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that all nursing staff are following best practices and protocols - Stay informed about new developments and trends in behavioral health and implement changes as needed to improve patient care - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and patients Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida - Bachelors degree in Nursing Masters degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health nursing with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role - Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to behavioral health care - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients staff and other healthcare professionals - Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan.
