Landscape Architect

Aztrum is proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing multidisciplinary design practice in Manchester who are looking to appoint a Landscape Architect to join their expanding Landscape team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver a range of landscape-led projects from public realm and large-scale residential master planning through to commercial and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities for this Landscape Architect role:
Lead landscape projects from concept through technical delivery and construction
Take ownership of public realm large-scale residential and master planning schemes
Coordinate with architects engineers ecologists and external consultants
Produce and oversee detailed landscape drawing packages and specifications
Manage programme budget and quality across live projects
Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant planning conditions landscape standards and local authority requirements
Attend design team meetings client meetings and site inspections
Support and mentor junior members of the Landscape team
Requirements for this Landscape Architect role:
Proven experience delivering landscape projects independently from concept through delivery
Experience across all RIBA stages (or equivalent landscape stages)
Strong technical knowledge of landscape construction materials and detailing
Experience delivering public realm and large-scale residential landscape schemes
Confident coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with clients
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit Adobe Suite Revit desirable but not essential)
Chartered status (CMLI) or working towards chartership is desirable
