Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Community Service Taskforce Chair for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Recruit students for the group.
- Supervise students during meetings and events as appropriate.
- Support students to identify community service opportunities.
- Promote community service opportunities to teachers staff and administrators.
- Create maintain and communicate schedule for community service activities.
- Create group norms and expectations for participants.
- Follow all school polices and procedure as it pertains to student activities.
- Complete an approved Program of Work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Knowledge and passion of subject matter.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year (July 1 2026 June 30 2027).
Supervisor:Compensation:- The stipend for this position is $1948.
