REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5 years working experience in an administrative environment
- Knowledge of Grain and Minibem system will be advantageous
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Silo certificates
- System Minibem and eAccounts
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Manage debtors
- Customer services
- Stock transfers
- Management information
- Returns and survey
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office) - Excel
- Experience working with ERP System
- Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
- Understanding of process flows within an organisation
- Financial Acumen
- Good verbal communication and numerical skills
