The Meeting Planner is responsible for all elements of the end to end management of an event including sourcing group air logistics financial management and delivery.

This is a hybrid role; you will be working three times a week from home and twice a week from our Warsaw office.

What You Will Be Doing:

End to End National and/ or International project management
Negotiation (Financial Contractual etc) with suppliers
Communication with meeting owners
Operational management of the event database (planning registration) and data management
Logistical coordination of the event
Maximising of revenue per event and understanding of overall contribution to revenue and P&L
Budget reconciliation per event
Sound Company product knowledge and ability to cross sell products where possible
Analytical Reasoning using analysis of todays meeting data for future event delivery
Financial and Data Reporting per event per client
Additional duties as requested

What Were Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
At least 1 year of event management experience preferably in corporate or agency environment
Passionate about project management meetings management and client management experience
Experience working within budgets
Strong prioritization skills
