The role
Were now looking for a Warehouse Planner to stabilize planning in the warehouse flow within a production unit in Poland. The role covers demand planning for finished goods and materials demand planning for raw materials ensuring a reliable demand signal is connected to replenishment and availability. You work closely with Production Warehouse Procurement and Global Planning stakeholders to drive stability transparency and continuous improvement.
What youll do
Own and run demand planning routines for finished goods ensuring a reliable demand signal and a structured review cadence.
Establish and maintain a raw material demand planning approach aligned to finished goods demand (e.g. consumptionbased and/or ERP/MRPdriven requirements planning).
Translate demand signals into feasible replenishment and supply inputs aligned with capacity and inventory targets.
Maintain and optimize ERP/MRP planning parameters (e.g. safety stocks reorder points lead times lot sizes planning policies) for both finished goods and raw materials where applicable.
Monitor replenishment signals and ensure material availability across the warehouse flow; proactively flag risks and propose mitigation actions.
Drive planning process stabilization: establish structured routines clarify ownership across interfaces and improve transparency.
Track key planning KPIs (e.g. service level inventory health planning stability) and support rootcause analysis for deviations.
Location and flexibility
This role is based in Ciechanów Poland. Work setup (on-site / hybrid) will follow local requirements and operational needs.
What were looking for
You bring solid experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment including hands-on work with ERP/MRP planning and replenishment. You have strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable planning decisions. You are comfortable working crossfunctionally building strong stakeholder relationships and driving structure in complex operational settings.
Required experience / skills
Demand planning and/or supply planning experience in manufacturing / production-driven environments
Experience with ERP/MRP planning and parameter setting (safety stock reorder point lead time lot size)
Understanding of how finished goods demand links to raw material requirements planning
Strong Excel/data skills; structured problem solving and communication
- Native polish speaker with good knowledge of English
