The facility provides comprehensive cardiovascular care oncology orthopedics neurosciences minimally invasive and robotic surgery bariatric services womens health and wound therapy. The hospital is fully accredited and nationally recognized for excellence in stroke care cardiac services and specialty surgical programs maintaining a strong commitment to patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength mobility and confidence following illness injury or this role you will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to create personalized evidence-based treatment plans focused on meaningful goals and exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient mobility strength balance and functional abilities.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement reduce pain and improve overall function.

  • Monitor patient progress adjust therapy plans as needed and maintain accurate and timely documentation.

  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs adaptive techniques and safe mobility practices.

  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure coordinated patient-centered care and smooth transitions.

  • Provide mentorship to therapy assistants or students as appropriate while upholding professional standards and organizational values.

Required Qualifications

  • Active State License as a Physical Therapist.

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Vocational School Graduate required).

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.

  • 1 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered.
