In this dynamic role you will:

Provide expert outpatient orthopedic care (post-op rehab chronic pain management)

Develop personalized goal-oriented care plans for patients

Manage multi-visit treatment plans with a focus on patient engagement and outcomes

Collaborate with wellness professionals to achieve holistic patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards

Pursue professional growth through clinical specialization or leadership opportunities
To be successful in this position you must possess:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New York (or currently in the licensure process)

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred (Masters required)

Hospital affiliations that support referral relationships
-
Board certifications professional memberships or published work are a plus
-
Familiarity with online scheduling platforms (e.g. Zocdoc) is a plus and

Bilingual abilities (e.g. Arabic or spansih) is plus.
