Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Contract

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Sunday Saturday
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $58.50 $66.25 per hour
Powerback Rehabilitation is currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment supporting skilled nursing facilities in Dallastown PA and York PA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients develop treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve mobility strength and overall functional independence.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on mobility safety and recovery plans
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Previous SNF / Rehab experience preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work full-time for the duration of the contract
