POSITION: Manager of Patron Services & Ticketing DEPARTMENT: Marketing CATEGORY: Full-time FLSA Exempt PAY RANGE: Starting at $65000 annually
Position Summary The Manager of Patron Services & Ticketing oversees all ticketing and subscription operations for Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. This role manages subscription ticket campaigns single ticket sales reporting and patron services to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing this role plays a key role in revenue generation and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Subscription & Campaign Management
- Set up subscription packages pricing and seating
- anage renewals acquisitions reseating and payment plans
- Coordinate subscription mailings and ticket fulfillment
- Support outbound calling and sales efforts as needed
Ticketing Operations
- Process single tickets exchanges and internal ticket requests
- Coordinate with outside vendors for dynamic pricing and ticket inventory management
- Manage complimentary VIP sponsor education and staff ticket allocations
- Monitor sales pricing and performance audits
- Serve as a patron-facing representative at performances
- Lead ticketing efforts for select special events
- Liaise with box office partners and venue staff
Reporting & Systems Management - Generate daily weekly and ongoing campaign reports
- Execute event audits for post-performance settlements
- Maintain and extract lists for renewals and marketing initiatives
- Manage database updates and system communications
General Support - Route patron inquiries appropriately
- Assist with additional marketing projects as needed
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Sales or related field
- Required experience with Tessitura
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
- Excellent organizational communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in performing arts preferred
Physical & Technical Requirements - Routinely move boxes containing up to 20 lbs both in office and to & from performances
- Prolonged periods of sitting standing and computer work
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
