We follow a hybrid working model that combines office and remote work with a requirement to be in the Woking office four

days a week. This approach supports the development of a strong and effective team dynamic within Engineering.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the lead engineer on feasibility concept FEED detailed design or EPC project.
• Typically technically responsible for a small/medium-sized project or an area of work on larger projects and supervises the preparation of specific deliverables.
• Undertaking specific tasks/area of work as defined by the lead/ principal engineer or group manager.
• Liaises with other disciplines to achieve design consistency for the Project.
• Supports the Project Management Team in planning and identifying technical issues that could limit progress and impact project budgets. Interfacing with the client.
• Provides necessary input and support to project progress and reporting.
• Supports the discipline group manager with the development of discipline engineers and ensuring technical excellence.
• Works to the requirements of the Mechanical Design Manual and project requirements.
• Participates in factory acceptance tests also supporting Engineers as required for Vendor issues.
• Reviews ITB documents and supports proposal evaluations.
• Ensures compatibility and compliance with client specifications recommending improvements within project scope.
• Adheres to Kents ISO-accredited QMS and project-specific procedures guides and standards.

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employees skills capabilities and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employees current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Yourknowledge/skillseducationandexperience:

• Typically holds a degree in mechanical engineering or post-graduate mechanical engineering qualification.
• Working towards chartership isadvantageous.
• Experience ofworking for engineering/clientorganisationsin the oil and gas industry.
• Exposure toconsultancy FEED/ detaileddesign and EPC projects.

Communication:

• Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
