Job Summary
The Role
We are looking for anAccounts Payable Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead a team through the high-volume demands of a business that serves over 8 million customers worldwide.
Based at ourHead Office you will oversee the accurate processing of invoices and payment runs managing supplier payments exceeding 1bn per annum. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at pace and can adapt quickly to changing business needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of 20 across the UK and India ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Managing global impact supporting our Retail Online Total Platform and International businesses.
- Driving innovation by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reinvent how we work.
- Partnering with stakeholders to support the onboarding and management of high-profile brands.
We are looking for a proactive professional who leads with integrity and possesses the initiative to make informed decisions under pressure. To succeed in this role you should have:
- Proven leadership experience within a large-scale operational environment
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards when the pace is fast and the volume is high.
- Strong analytical skills and a push the boundaries mindset to solve complex problems.
