genU is looking for a purpose-driven Property Care Supervisor to lead from the ground up! Youll guide supported employees with disabilities building their skills while delivering quality landscaping services making an impact across East and North Perth communities.

• Lead landscaping and property care jobs across sites.
• Empower mentor and support your team members.
• Keep work safe on time and up to quality standards.
• Build a positive supportive and hands-on team vibe.

What youll bring

• Experience in professional landscaping gardening maintenance or property care.
• A friendly leadership and mentorship approach.
• An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities.

(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Cert III in Horticulture
• Leadership experience
