As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in LIMA OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas perform routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver strong customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aero and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications to site contacts and emergency services when directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings production and office areas and perimeter routes to help identify unusual activity hazards and/or unauthorized access attempts.
• Control access at entry points by checking identification and/or badges verifying visitor authorization issuing temporary credentials when directed and maintaining visitor and delivery logs per site policy.
• Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol activity incident reports and daily logs and communicate security-related concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
