We are looking for a keen and analytically minded individual to join our growing Data Organization. Ideal candidates will have a high level of independent judgment an incredible attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both in a team setting and independently.
The position will support the UK based Data Ops and Research team gathering intelligence on companies involved in the financial services markets as well as operationally supporting all Products & Services.
Responsibilities:
To gather and update information on organizations involved in the UK Financial Services industry using web-based resources and other applicable methods.
To extract data such as emails phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles from various web-based resources related to FCA-registered firms and individuals.
To ensure accurate data entry and update the financial intermediary database with the correct contact details.
Collect input data from submitters within agreed deadlines and ensuring tracking systems are up to date regularly.
To gather and update information on organizations involved in the UK Financial Services industry using web-based resources and other applicable methods.
To communicate progress issues and risks related to product releases in a timely and relevant manner.
To send client communication related to data submission deadlines or releases.
To assist and engage in all areas undertaken by the data ops and research team as needed by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferably business finance economics or other business/data related field.
Strong research and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Good numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to respond to internal and client queries and requests.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Word Excel)
Experience with Salesforce JIRA Confluence and HubSpot is a plus.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn new skills.
Capable of collaborating in a team environment at all levels.
Work Location & Schedule:
Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent dayshift schedule (11am 8pm Manila Time).
Amenable to go onsite full week for 3 months (12pm - 9pm) prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.
Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week)
