ASPP Official HSE Italy

The ASPP supports the Employer (Datore di Lavoro) in ensuring full compliance with Italian health & safety legislation (. 81/08) across Vanderlande Italys operations. The role provides technical procedural and operational support to maintain safe working conditions reduce risks prevent incidents and ensure effective implementation of Vanderlandes corporate HSE standards. The ASPP reports functionally to the RSPP and operates under the guidance of both the RSPP and the Spain HSE Manager working in close collaboration with the regional HSE organization to align programs methods and KPIs with corporate governance while adapting them to the Italian legal and operational context.

Functional report: RSPP Italy and HSE Manager (Spain)

3.1 Description

3.1 HSE Management and Coordination

- Operational liaison between RSPP Employer Competent Doctor and internal functions.

- Monitoring of HSE recurring activities KPIs statistics and reports.

- Implementation and verification of compliance with QHSE company instructions campaigns and actions.

5.2 HSE Document Management

- Preparation and updating of DVRs DUVRIs POS safety plans skills matrices.

- Documentary verification of contractors (CAE certificates training permits).

- Management of internal customer and authority audits.

5.3 Operational activities on the site/site

- HSE visits to verify regulatory compliance.

- Risk assessment in the field and proposals for improvement.

- Coordination with operations and services for installation and maintenance activities.

5.4 Incident Management and Corrective Actions

- Investigation of accidents dangerous cases and unsafe conditions.

- Preparation of reports with root causes and actions.

- Follow-up until closure and verification.

5.5 Training and qualification of personnel

- Management and verification of mandatory HSE training.

- Provision of specific training.

- Maintenance of the relevant registers.

5.6 HSE Support for Maintenance and Service Delivery

- Preventive and corrective support to technical teams.

- Documentary review and validation of safety conditions.

- Coordination of activities related to the provision of services.

5.7 PPE Management Wellbeing and Internal Controls

- Supervision and supply of PPE.

- Coordination of medical examinations and follow-ups.

- Technical support in regulatory queries.

5.8 Participation in global and strategic initiatives

- Support to global HSE initiatives concerning Italy.

- Participation in strategic business projects.
