In this internship youwillgain real recruiting experience ina dynamic collaborative will help support the delivery of an exceptional candidatefocused experience that reflects who we are.

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Supportbuildingsourcing strategiesstrategicpartnerships and talent pipelinesfor key positions across Canada;

• Supporthighvolumerecruitment: screen applications conduct phone and Teams interviews complete reference checks and coordinate preemployment steps;

• Drive continuousimprovement initiativesincludinghelping toevaluatedigital andAIbasedrecruitment tools presentinginsights and helping implement innovative solutions;

• Support creatingand updatingclear inclusive and engaging jobpostingspost positions on various sites andensurehigh visibility;

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR partners and hiring managers.

• Provide general administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing abachelors degree inHumanResources Business/Commerceor a related field (minimum2ndyear completed);

• A strong senseof initiative enthusiasm and a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and human relations;

• Excellent communication skills creativity and curiosity;

• Energetic autonomous andresults driven;

• Strongtimemanagementand organizational abilities ;

• Confident using digital platforms andcomfortableleveragingAIpoweredtools to support recruitment activities;

• Bilingual:as part of their duties the position holder willbe requiredto communicate and collaborate in English and French both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholderslocatedin Canada.
