Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is a key part of the organization responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts including home auto and umbrella insurance policies. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40000 - $70000 (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives

- Work Environment: Fully onsite fostering a supportive and team-oriented culture
Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management for personal lines insurance clients including quoting renewing and servicing policies.
- Handle accounts with premiums up to $15000 with an average account size of $3000.
- Collaborate with carriers such as AIG Arbella CHUBB CNA Hagerty and MAPFRE to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to the positive office culture and work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience including those new to the industry or transitioning from captive insurance roles.
- Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software is a plus
- Work Ethic: A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
