Job Summary

Work Shift:

Night - 12 Hour (United States of America)Performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis and associated interventions under the general supervision of the clinical director or designee. A Registered Can provide supervision to Polysomnographic Trainee and/or Polysomnographic Tech.

Qualifications:

A. Education & Training:
Completion of an accredited polysomnographic program.

B. Experience:
Six (6) months of experience as a Polysomnographic Trainee with documented proficiency
in all required competencies or RRT with one (1) year experience in sleep studies.

C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
Current AHA/ARC BLS certification. Registered with the Board of Registered
Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT) by BRBT or obtained within one (1) year of
hire.

D. Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Must demonstrate effective written and spoken communication skills appropriate social
skills and the ability to follow directions. Must possess good spelling skills
Must be able to work independently.
